My journey with meditation began over 25 years ago and led me to become a Reiki Master. Along the way, working with crystals (vallasmalas.ca) deepened and expanded my healing practice, allowing energy to move with greater clarity, intention, and grace.

From this passion, Cosmic Crystals was born.
