Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have advised customers that important safety measures in all facets of our operations, combined with continued heavy parcel volumes, may result in delays. While we continue to strive for timely delivery, delivery guarantees were suspended last March due to the pandemic and remain suspended. As well, international items may experience delays due to international logistics limitations during the global response to the pandemic.
We continue to work closely with public health officials across the country and follow their direction to ensure we are taking the necessary precautions to keep our people and customers safe.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
Crystals and gemstones very in colour, so your Peace may be slightly different than the picture.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt/proof of purchase. Shipping is at buyers expense.

All Malas have a six month guarantee against breakage. We use durable materials that will withstand the test of time, but with repeat usage, Malas can begin to wear. If your Mala snaps within the first six months of purchase, I will restring it free of change (you just have to pay shipping). This covers normal wear and tear.
If your mala snaps within the first year, I will restring it for $25 plus shipping. This covers normal wear and tear and not breakage of gemstones and crystals. I stand behind my products. Please contact me if you have any issues so that I can make it right.
